Restart is a four-month programme for adults who want to become more active but may face health challenges, low confidence, or long-term inactivity. More than just a gym membership, Restart provides a tailored plan with expert support every step of the way.

Gym Access Classes
We understand that for some women, traditional gym spaces can feel intimidating or not quite right, especially when starting out or managing health, cultural or confidence-related barriers.
Our women-only sessions provide a safe, welcoming space where women aged 18+ can enjoy fitness.
