Restart
A Supportive Step Forward in Boosting Your Wellbeing
Restart is a four-month programme for adults who want to become more active but may face health challenges, low confidence, or long-term inactivity. More than just a gym membership, Restart provides a tailored plan with expert support every step of the way.
Who is it for?
Restart is ideal for adults facing physical or mental health conditions, low activity levels, or barriers to regular exercise. Participants are referred into the programme by health, housing or community professionals, including the Torus Foundation’s Health & Wellbeing team.
