Women only - Gym Access and Classes
Movement in a comfortable space
We understand that for some women, traditional gym spaces can feel intimidating or not quite right, especially when starting out or managing health, cultural or confidence-related barriers.
Our women-only sessions offer a safe and welcoming space where women aged 18+ can enjoy fitness.
Why it matters
Women-only access can break down barriers and make physical activity more accessible, especially for those returning to fitness, living with long-term conditions or looking for a space where they feel supported.

What's included?
- Dedicated gym sessions for women only
- Small group fitness classes (maximum 16 participants)
- Welcoming, inclusive instructors who understand women’s health and wellbeing needs
Programme capacity: 30 members for this programme, ensuring a supportive community feel.
How to register
From 1 October 2025, expressions of interest and class bookings can be made online or via email. Capacity is limited, so we encourage early booking.
